I have decided one of my weaknesses as an artist is perspective. To address this weakness I have been drawing a scene, that to me requires perspective. I have been gradually working the picture up and adding detail.

Here is the very first step in that process. A quick drawing to give me a guideline of what will come later.

E-I-E-I-Awesome-O 3rd Edition

I play Dungeons & Dragons. Started a few years and enjoy it. For me it's like a video game that I get the ultimate control of. I enjoy being able to create a character, their backstory, personality, and abilities and they play as that character.

I recently created a new character, the group had taken a haitus and we were starting fresh with the play. I created this new character to be a healer, so my class is Cleric. I also picked the race to be Dragonborn. After that I decided it would be fun (and it is fun) to make the character SHORT, FAT, and OLD!

So far he has been a fun character to play. The character specifications have really created the personality of the character. I decided I needed to draw the character, so I combined three pictrues to make a faithful representation of who he is. And now to share, here is Campfer, the short, fat, and old, Dragonborn cleric!

May the Fourth Awesomeness

Happy Wednesday to you all,

For today's awesomeness I have a special treat for the nerdy gamers out there. I had the inspiration for this modification when looking at an article for the Nintendo DS. I thought why not make my own handheld gaming device, based on the Xbox platform.

It's a simple modification really. Just took a 360 controller and made room for a screen. Then I did some edging around the screen to make it seem more flush with the controller. A decent job for only using MS Paint, in my opinion.

As for the name, that was tricky to come up with. A coworker suggested a synonym of Teleport, but there aren't many alternatives to that word. I settled on the BAMF, as that is the sound the X-Men Nightcrawler makes when he teleports.

E-I-E-I Awesome-O! *New Feature*

Good afternoon all,

I have created a new feature for my blog. This feature will be titled "E-I-E-I Awesome-O!"

It will be indicated by the awesome logo that I have created, all by myself, for this feature. So yup I didn't go get a clip art of the barn, but drew it my lonely self.

This feature will showcase art I have created, pictures I have modified, and whatever else I do that feels deserves the title "E-I-E-I Awesome-O!"

To start this out I will be showing off the picture of the Sith Puppy Recruiter. If you wish to know the story of this picture...here it is!

My coworker requested a picture of a sad puppy. He does not have internet access and I do. I provided the picture of a sad pug. He used it and later modified the picture to have colored eyes. I decided to do that too, but with Sith eyes! I posted the picture as my profile picture on Facebook. Then my wonderful wife was inspired with what the puppy should say. I have put her words in and here is the picture for you to enoy.

A New Comic Series

It has begun! After a couple years I have begun a new comic strip series. Those who know me will recall the 50 some odd comics in the "MegaMan Chronicles." Well this time I have created a strip based on my own intellectual property. Also different from MegaMan is that there will be story arcs, as opposed to the random humor of MegaMan.
And now the first chapter of the new series.
